- A candidate for being eligible for admission to the Master of Commerce Degree Course shall have passed B.Com. / B.Com (A&F) / B.Com (B&I) / BMS Examination of this University or any other University recognized by U.G.C.

| Activity Report for M.COM for June - October 2010 |

Lectures for M Com Part I started in August 2010 with 60 students on roll. This academic year the 4 subjects taught are –Strategic Management, Economics, Financial Management and Cost Accountancy. There is hope that with permission from the University of Mumbai, we will be able to introduce Management subjects from next year at the M Com level. Lectures for M Com II began in July 2010.
Students from M Com are steadily finding placements in companies that come for campus interviews eg Manvel Pvt Ltd. |

| Student of M Com II Ms Neha Varghese under the guidance of Prof Rita Basu presented a research paper on Carbon Trade Trends at the National seminar hosted by SIES, Nerul on the 5th October 2010. |
